Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 639ph login credentials. You must notify 639ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 639ph will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access attributable to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. All deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. 639ph shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (c) interruption of gaming service due to circumstances beyond 639ph's reasonable control, including network outages, PAGCOR regulatory directives, natural disasters, or acts of government; or (d) any loss arising from your breach of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Philippine law.
639ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where: (a) there is a suspected breach of these Terms; (b) account activity triggers anti-money laundering or fraud detection procedures; (c) directed by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (d) the player requests account closure. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 639ph will notify the player via their registered mobile number or email address. Verified balances in a suspended account will be held pending resolution of the investigation.
639ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to active players via notification on the Platform or via SMS to registered mobile numbers at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the 639ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to an informal resolution process: you must contact 639ph support and provide a detailed description of your complaint, and 639ph will endeavour to resolve the issue within 14 business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism or to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over such matters. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for any unresolved disputes.
